The Speaker:

Junzhang Mou - Graduated from Macquarie University in Australia, holding dual master's degrees in Communication Studies and International Business. After graduation, he worked at a well-known media company in Australia. Currently, he is responsible for international affairs related to overseas students at BOSS Zhipin. With over 5 years of experience in assisting international students in the job-seeking field, he has supported recruitment efforts for numerous companies, accumulating rich experience in the employment of overseas returnees.

 

In this session, we will cover:

  1. Performance of the International Student Population: 

  • Changes in the demographics of international students, including their countries of origin, educational backgrounds, and majors. 

  • Identification of peak periods for job-seeking among international students in different countries (Insight: Defining the timeline for recent graduates). 

  • Changes in preferences for cities among international students upon returning to their home country. 

  • Analysis of industries most preferred by international students (Insight: Strategies for determining expected salary).

      2. Preferences in Job Positions for International Students:

  • Overview of the overall changes in positions sought by returning overseas graduates. 

  • Identification of job positions that tend to attract international students.
