Mars Leadership Experience Program is a three-year Leadership development Program designed for graduates who aspire to become well-rounded international senior career managers.
According to Mars global uniform standard, the program aims to select excellent fresh graduates with business acumen, broad vision and great learning agility. The program will provide trainees with greatest opportunities and challenges through three different departments during the three-year rotations, preparing them for the role of manager on important management positions as well as further growth of becoming the company’s senior leaders in the future.
The program is applied to four business divisions: Mars Global Service, Mars Wrigley Division, Mars Royal Canin Pet Business Division, and Mars Petcare Business Division.
